  9. Gerrard’s biggest skill isn’t with the ball, when he plays well liverpool play better than anyone. Unfortunatly when Gerrard isn’t having a good game then liverpool can seem a complete shell of a team.

  12. im sorry but thats too biast. and u need to look up ur football m8, lampard said it himself and is a known fact that he is a great tackler, also the term “box to box” midfielder, im pretty sure that refers to more than 1 position. the only reason gerrard plays left for england is because cappello prefers lampard and barry to him. too right fabio. same with rooney, hes playing target man this yr 4 utd last year he played either out wide or second stricker with ronaldo there

  13. your an idiot, there is one thing that those players cant do, inspirev a team or tackle….dont get me wrong they are good but they dont have heart or provide inspiration to players on their team…..and none of them play defense or can be put into any position on the field they can only play one position unlike gerrard who is able to play anywhere on the pitch because of his dominance, i would not be afraid to go 50 50 against xavi or messi because they arent dominant like gerrard is

  14. yh i great goal i agree, but u watch a gerrard montage on youtube, its screamer after screamer after screamer, i have no doubt hes one the best in the world but hes too 1 dimentional, gerrard can do it for a lesser team like u say but for england he hasnt done anything of value, i he went to barca or chelsea in 2004 i doubt he would still have the same reputation, ppl like rooney and lampard have done it for club and country, average team and great team, but gerrard doesnt make the cut 4 me

  16. So who is better than Gerrard from range? Almost all his goals are long range. I know of no player who has so often burst the net from distance in recent years. They have won more, but they had far better squads, which is my point. Gerrard dragged a lesser Liverpool team to titles. Name me a better FA cup goal. On the brink of stoppage time, a volleyed equaliser from 35 yards???

  17. ive got no doubt hes unique and one of the best players in the world, but when ppl claim him to be the best, its just being biast. also he is deadly from range but hes not the best, again im sorry to say, im not saying it as an insult but u need to watch more football. and also i think barca chelsea and utd have won a lil bit more than liverpool recently so i dontknow where that comment came from, and ive seen plenty better fa cup final goals. again in all of the above hes great but not the best

  18. I admit there are better and more talented footballers actually, but you have to say there isn’t another player like Gerrard. He is probably the best long range shooter on the planet, he is deadly from every range and angle. And he is an inspirational captain who led a Liverpool squad nowhere near the likes of recent Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester sides to trophies, scoring in finals – possibly the best FA cup final goal ever. So he is unique and a legend in my opinion.
