I must have seen this goal 1000 times. It just never gets boring. It is most probably my favourite goal of all time. It is arguably the greatest goal of all time. I don’t think there has ever been or ever will be another player like Gerrard. He is the master when it comes to the dramatics. If this goal was scored in a meaningless league game it would be great. But the fact that there was a few minutes to go and Liverpool had to score to go through makes it even more unbelievable.
