10. Spain and Brazil are favourites no doubt but lets not forget that 4 years ago it was an Italian and French final and not many predicted that. As for England i got my fingers crossed, we havent got the easiest path but then again who has? I just hope the English players deliver strong performanes in ALL games and the players live upto their reputations, wage salary and talents.

13. @NiScontex of course I know Germany and their record in World Cup finals speaks for itself but are they really genuine contenders this year? I don’t think so. They have no great players and most of their big names are the wrong side of 30.

14. Funny enough I too think that Spain or Brazil will win this year’s World Cup. If I had to pick a winner I would say Spain as they are a strong team all round whereas Brazil look quite weak defensively. However, I’m not ruling out teams such as England, Italy, Germany, France, Holland & Argentina. They’re all great teams & are more than capable of winning this competition.

16. I hope we dont have a repeat of the last world cup where everyone was diving and trying to fool the ref. I am talking about all the teams not just England.

    The refs were a complete farce in the last world cup as well.

17. @Kelbert88 I wouldn’t like to predict this world cup tbh. Brazil I agree but Spain I am not that sure about. Anyway, its a great year for sport!
